SMS through the system on his mobile which is approved and registered at The
Group: the client brings a bank statement from the date of depositing at The
Group and the cheque amount in cash and goes to the Customer Care Department at
The Group (main branch) to know the cause of sending it back and follow-up to
resolve the matter.
