The Group Mobile
The Group Mobile trading platform provides live market data and trading through Smart phones using The Group application (The Group) and there is a special application for each type of phones:
The program provides the following features:
- Access to stock prices and market data at real time.
- Follow up customer orders and placing buy and sell orders.
- Access to the client portfolio.
- Following up the market news.
- See stocks chart as well as the market index, stocks historical data and the main index with updated in real time during the trading day.
- Using The Group Sahl Service to transfer funds between the customer's account in The Group and his/ her bank account.
How to install the application?
The System works on most kinds of smart mobiles:
IOS users ( IPhone , Ipad , Ipod )
, the client can access App Store and search for a program named (The Group) for free download.
Android mobile and tablets ( Samsung , LG , HTC , SONY)
, the client can access the Google Play and search for a program named (المجموعة) or (The Group) and download it for free.

Windows Phone : The system will be available on windows phone store soon. meanwhile the customer can use the orders screen for mobiles which is available on The group website www.thegroup.com.qa
How to start ?
To access his/her account via The Group Mobile, the client must use his/her password in order to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of his/her accounts.
When a customer opens an account at The Group, his/her password shall automatically be sent to his/ her phone number which was registered at The Group at the time of opening the account. In the event of changing the mobile number, the client can request a new password by one of the following ways:
- For customers of Ooredoo inside Qatar:
The client sends a blank message to the No: 92609 using the mobile number registered at The Group and he/she will receive an instantaneous message showing the new password as follows:
- A client can also contact via The Group Call Center (The Group Tadawul) on phone No. 44 487 666 using the phone number registered at The Group and a new password shall be sent to him/her.
