The client can transfer from his account at The Group to his bank account or
vice versa more than once and up to 15 transactions a day provided that the
maximum limit of the transferred amount is (1,500,000 QR) one and a half
million Qatari riyals.
.This is not possible because the client who owns the account must in person
sign the authorization
It is possible to withdraw the amounts deposited in the same day of deposit
through Sahl service, either by transferring using the same service (Sahl) or
withdrawing a cheque of the required amount.
The maximum limit of withdrawal or deposit amounts is (1.500,000 QR) million
and a half million Qatari Riyals a day.
The client must go to one of The Group's branches and sign on an authorization
to The Group to withdraw and deposit from his account in the bank.
Note that the Commercial Bank's clients have one of two options: either to go
to The Group to sign the authorization or to go to the Commercial Bank and sign
the authorization there
Registration in Sahl service takes 24 hours from the client's signing on the
authorization request: the authorization is sent to the bank to be registered
in the client's account for approval and then the client is registered in the
service.
A deposit from the client's bank account to his account at The Group or
transfer from his account at The Group to his bank account takes no more than 3
minutes.
An SMS will be sent to the client's mobile number that is identified on his
account at The Group as a basic number or check with the Call Center on (44487
666)
This is possible so as to facilitate it for The Group's clients, noting that
the final approval of the authorization is done by the bank after identifying
its signature with the signature of the bank account owner.
Withdrawal and transfer transactions through Sahl service are for the first
beneficiary only, the owner of the bank account. Hence, minor sons cannot make
withdrawals or transfers from or to the father's account since the father is
the first beneficiary.
The following SMS are sent:
1 - When adding a new bank account number to the client: (NIN ****** Account
No. ***** Added at the bank)
2- In case of activating the service: (NIN ****** Account No. ******* Approved
at **** Bank)
3- In case of rejection of service: (NIN ***** Account No. ***** Rejected from
your Bank Account)
4- In case of requesting to transfer from or to the client's account, when the
transfer operation is completed or rejected: (NIN ***** Transfer No. *******
Approved/Rejected from/to your bank account, the amount is 1000)
The company deals through Sahl service with (Qatar Islamic Bank - Commercial
Bank), and the client can authorize the company to deal with more than one of
the activated banks in the service.
(10 QR) fee will be paid to the bank in case of withdrawal from or transferring
to the client's bank account, and will be deducted from the client's account at
The Group in both cases.
Sahl is a service that was activated by the company to facilitate withdrawal
and deposit transactions for its clients. The client can benefit from this
service by visiting the nearest company's branch to register in the service. It
is done based on an authorization from the client to the company -supported
with his bank signature- so that the company executes the withdrawal and
transfer transactions from and to the client's bank account that was registered
in the authorization. Hence, the client can withdraw and transfer from and to
his bank account by just a telephone call to the Call Center.

be able to solve it with the relevant departments.
The client is contacted and notified by the reason for rejecting the
application and the procedure to be followed to re-activate the service.
The established practice is that the transfer transaction is executed directly
within (2-3) minutes between The Group and the bank's systems without human
intervention, but it is not possible to bind to specific rapidity.
