Duties:
•Taking responsibly to execute core accounting activities of the company, including maintains a strong finance procedure, complied with local regulations and ensure all proper accounting records are processed with accuracy, timelines and completeness.
•Maintain local banking relationships including negotiating facilities agreements and ensuring that such activities are carried out with planned time frame and in context with general financial plans, targets and interest.
•Monitors compliance with IFRS and IAS.
•Preparation of the monthly statutory accounts and consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
•Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
•Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.
•Responsible for distributing financial statements and cost center reports.
•Issue cost reports of outstanding projects for review and approval.
•Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions
•Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries.
•Closely maintains and monitors the purchases and payable system.
•Perform periodic cash flow forecasting.
•Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved.
•Develop and maintain proper controls and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
•Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review.
•Adheres to internal and external Audit requirements and deadlines.
•Assist with annual budgets – prepares required financial allocations.
•Responsible for knowing critical functions within the department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department.
Job Details
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
•ACCA, CPA, CMA or equal professional qualification.
•Experienced in Accounting, Finance as Supervisor at least 7 years
•Good English skill (speaking, listening and writing)
•Advanced Microsoft office skill, familiar with computer related basic skills
