- Reproducing a shareholder's statement from QE bearing the new NIN which is
not identified at The Group.
- Attending to the Customer Care Department at one of The Group branches to
deliver and merge the two statements or send them by fax to 444658402 or
44487300 and include the phrase "merging of numbers".
