For The Group, it bears no responsibility at all by providing the phrase "to be
cashed to the first beneficiary only;" hence the responsibility in this aspect
lies on the other party- Doha Bank- in case of cashing the cheque to someone
other than the first beneficiary and the owner of the cheque himself. Anyway,
the client can go in person to the Customer Care Department and submit a
request on how the cheque was cashed, and The Group in turn will address Doha
Bank and follow up the matter in this regard.
