The client who wants to change his name or the name of one of his minor
children must go in person to the Customer Care Department at the main branch
of The Group and bring the letter of the Ministry of Interior and the identity
card or birth certificates of minors. The Customer Care Supervisor in turn will
coordinate with the relevant sides at The Group.

Note that it is a must to change the name at Qatar Exchange to complete the
trading transactions on shares.
