The client has the right to request a statement of account for himself,
provided that there is a proof of his identity or through a person authorized
to do so, whether the client is an individual or a company, as follows: -
- If the client is an individual, this requires showing up the original ID card
for adults or birth certificate for minors.
- If the client is a company or an establishment, this requires a notarized
letter from the company and a copy of the authorized signatory's ID card.
- If the client has an authorized agent, the agent must bring the original
power of attorney in addition to his ID card.
