The speculation reward is a reward deserved by the client who (buy and sell) or
(sell and buy) the same share in the same trading session. In this case the
client is rewarded with one of the two commissions which the company gets when
executing the sell and buy order, and the lesser commission is considered a
speculation reward for the client.
