A client from outside the State of Qatar and desires to open an account with The Group should contact Clients Services Section in The Group on telephone number: + 964 44465419 to request opening an account.

Manager of the Clients Services Department shall send to him a form of a contract for remote management account which should be filled and signed by the client and his signature should be certified by the competent official authorities or one of the accredited banks. In addition to that the client should send a power of attorney to The Group for opening an account in Qatar Exchange (QE) attaching to it the following documents and identification papers:

The required documents from individual clients from outside the State of Qatar are:

-Power of attorney to The Group for producing a statement of account from QE in case that a certificate or notice of share allocation were not available.

-A copy of valid passport.

- The Group contract filled and attested by an official authority.

( All documents should be sent by express mail (DHL).

In its turn, The Group opens an account for the client from outside the State of Qatar providing him the new shareholder number by an SMS on his identified mobile for enabling him to sell, noting that there are Gulf brokers in Oman and UAE to sell the shares of Masraf Al Rayan.
