Barwa Real Estate Group announced the appointment of Mohammed Ismail Al Emadi as Chief Executive Officer of Al Waseef Asset Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen asset portfolio performance, and support sustainable long-term growth. Eng. Al-Emadi has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, asset management, and large-scale project delivery. He previously held several senior leadership roles within Barwa Group and has led strategic projects in Qatar and abroad exceeding QAR 40 billion in value. Barwa's Board of Directors expressed confidence in his ability to lead Al Waseef into a new phase of institutional development and value creation, while extending appreciation to Mr. Saleh Abdullah Al-Sharafi for his contributions during his tenure.
