Qatar Fuel Co. discloses the financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st December , 2025 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 1,040,019,000 in comparison to Net Profit QR 1,052,432,000 for the same period of the previous year. The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 1.05 as of 31st December , 2025 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 1.06 for the same period in 2024. The Board of Directors of Woqod Group have recommended to the General Assembly the distribution of a cash dividend of 50% of the nominal share value (QAR0.50 per share) for the second half of the year ended 31 December 2025, after taking into account the net profit reported by Woqod Group for the financial year 2025. The total dividend distribution for the year ended 31 December 2025 amounts to 90% of the nominal share value (QAR0.90 per share). The annual financial results for 2025 along with the proposed profit distribution are subject to the General Assembly Approval.
