Mekdam Holding Group discloses the financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st December , 2025 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 41,814,104 in comparison to Net Profit QR 38,908,973 for the same period of the previous year. The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 0.261 as of 31st December , 2025 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.243 for the same period in 2024. The Board of Directors proposed to the General Assembly the distribution of dividends to shareholders, as of the date of the General Assembly meeting, at a total rate of 21% of the Company's share capital, as follows: 1. Cash Dividends: A distribution at a rate of 14.75%, equating to QAR 0.1475 per share. 2.
