With reference to QLM Life & Medical Insurance's announcement dated 29 December 2025 regarding the opening of nominations for the Board of Directors for the 2026-2028 term, the Company confirms that nominations will be accepted from 4 January 2026 until 12:55 PM on 18 January 2026, following the amendment to board membership shareholding requirements. The Board elections will cover five non-independent seats and three independent seats, subject to the eligibility criteria stipulated under applicable laws, the Company's Articles of Association, and corporate governance regulations issued by Qatar Central Bank and the Qatar Financial Markets Authority. Interested candidates may obtain and submit nomination forms at the Company's headquarters in West Bay during official working hours, along with the required supporting documents. The Board elections will take place during the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting scheduled for 12 March 2026 at Sheraton Hotel - Salwa Hall (1).
