Baladna announced the results of its Board of Directors؟ meeting held on 09/10/2025, during which the Board approved a proposal to distribute interim dividends for the first half of 2025 and retained earnings for 2024, amounting to QAR 142,932,331 in the form of bonus shares, at a rate of one share for every 14 shares held, equivalent to QAR 0.071 per share. The Board also approved calling for the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings to be held on 04/11/2025, with 06/11/2025, set as a backup date in case the quorum for either meeting is not met.
