Qatar Oman Investment Company announces that the General Assembly Meeting AGM will be held on 29/04/2025, Radisson Blu Hotel and 06:30 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 06/05/2025, Radisson Blu Hotel and 06:30 PM
Agenda :
1) Hearing the Chairman of the Board's address and the Board of Directors' report on the company's activities and financial position as of December 31, 2024, the company's future plan, and approving it.
2) Hearing the external auditor's report on the company's balance sheet and on the accounts presented by the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, and approving them.
3) Discussing the audited financial statements of the company and the profit and loss account for the year ended December 31, 2024, and approving them.
4) Discussing and approving the Corporate Governance Report for the year 2024.
5) Considering and approving the Board of Directors' proposals regarding the distribution of profits.
6) Discharging the members of the Board of Directors from liability for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, and determining their remuneration.
7) Approving the appointment of the company's external auditor for the year 2025 and determining their annual fees.
