Zad Holding Co. discloses the interim financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st December , 2024 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 206,550,207 in comparison to Net Profit QR 195,289,431 for the same period of the previous year.
The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 0.72 as of 31st December , 2024 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.68 for the same period in 2023.
The Board of Directors' recommended to distribute cash dividends of 70% (QAR 0.70 per share).
The BOD recommended to the EGM an amendment to AOA, granting the Board of Directors authority to approve quarterly and semiannual dividends in line with QFMA regulations and the Commercial Companies Law of Qatar.
In addition, the board declared the date of the AGM and EGM to be held on 14th April 2025.
