Qatar Fuel Co. discloses the interim financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st December , 2024 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 1,052,432,000 in comparison to Net Profit QR 983,957,000 for the same period of the previous year.
The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 1.06 as of 31st December , 2024 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.99 for the same period in 2023.
Based on the Company's net profits earned during 2024, the Board of Directors have recommended to the Company's Annual General Assembly (AGM) for approving of the distribution of total dividend to shareholders of QAR 1.00 per share for 2024 (100% of the nominal share value). After adjusting the interim Dividend of QAR 0.40 per share paid during 2024, the remaining portion of QAR 0.60 per share will be distributed to the shareholders through the Regulatory Agency (Edaa) based on AGM approval.
