Commercial Bank discloses the interim financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st December , 2024 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 3,032,071,000 in comparison to Net Profit QR 3,010,227,000 for the same period of the previous year.
The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 0.71 as of 31st December , 2024 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.71 for the same period in 2023.
The COMMERCIAL Bank (P.S.Q.C) Board of Directors proposed a cash dividend distribution to shareholders of 30% of the nominal share value (QAR 0.30 per share) for the year 2024, subject to approval of Qatar Central Bank and General Assembly.
