Please note that QNB Group Board of Directors will conduct a meeting on 13 January 2025 to approve the 2024 year-end financial results and the proposed profit distribution.
Also, in accordance with Qatar Financial Markets Authority regulations, QNB will not conduct its share repurchase during the closed period commencing from 30 December 2024 to 13 January 2025, due to the upcoming publication of annual financial results for QNB Group. QNB will recommence its share repurchase from 14 January 2025.
