The Quarter 3 of 2023 financial statements are restated due to restatement of the year-end 2023 financial statements for the underlying derivative on the Bank’s share option performance scheme:
1) The reported net profit for the nine-month period ending 30th September 2023 was QR 2,365,442,000. (The EPS for the nine-month period was QR 0.56)
2) The restated net profit for the nine-month period ending 30th September 2023 is QR 2,276,985,000. (The EPS for the nine-month period is QR 0.57)
3) The reported net profit for the nine-month period ending 30th September 2024 is QR 2,341,248,000. This represents a 1.0% decrease on a reported basis and a 2.8% increase on a restated basis.
