In accordance with the disclosure dated on May 20, 2024 related to the acquisition by Lesha Bank of the entire share capital of Bereke Bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan from Baiterek NMH JSC pursuant to the terms of the share sale and purchase agreement between Lesha Bank LLC (Public) and Baiterek NMH JSC dated March 31, 2024, Lesha Bank is pleased to disclose that the acquisition of the entire share capital of Bereke Bank has been completed at a price of 134,899,552 US dollars on October 8, 2024.
