With reference to the announcement issued on July 16, 2024 regarding the approval of the Board of Directors of Qatar Islamic Bank (the Bank) to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders, the Bank is pleased to announce that all necessary approvals have been obtained to proceed with the distribution of interim cash dividends.
Please note that an interim cash dividend of 25% of the nominal value of one share (i.e. 0.25 Qatari Riyals per share) will be distributed to the Bank’s shareholders at the close of the trading session on July 24, 2024.
Edaa Company will pay the interim dividends in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
