According to Article(72) of the market regulations that provides:
(When the mediator makes the buy transactions, he must receive from the client
(the buyer) the value of the stocks to be purchased before making the
transaction)
The Group receives the payment before buying, and these payments are deposited
in national banks only, which are under the supervision of Qatar Central Bank.
The Group Securities as well works under the supervision of Qatar Financial
Markets Authority and Qatar Exchange.
Note that The Group Securities has raised its capital after the approval of
Qatar Financial Markets Authority, Qatar Exchange and Ministry of the
Business&Trade to five hundred million Qatari Riyals.
