The client can transfer from his account at The Group to his bank account at
any time, where the client shall do the following: -
- Download and print the Transfer Request form , Click here to download
- Fill the form and sign it .
- Send by fax to +974 44658402 or scan and send by email to support@thegroup.com.qa .

The Bank takes about 3 working days to complete the transfer .
* Note: The Group can transfer money to the clients' bank accounts in all countries of the world except (Syria - Palestine) because of the bank rejection.
